    • Purchases of Digital Content Credits are generally non-refundable once the Credits have been added to your account, because they represent prepaid access to our digital content services.
      In exceptional cases (such as a duplicate purchase or a verified technical issue on our side that prevents you from using the Credits), we may, at our sole discretion, cancel the Credits and issue a refund to the original payment method.
      Credits:

      • cannot be exchanged for cash,

      • cannot be transferred to another user,

      • can only be used to order digital content on contentmasters.shop.
